Today is World Toilet Day and Carbonated Beverage With Caffeine Day and Great American Smokeout.
I got up early to get the girls up, walk Phelix, clean and work. Midmorning, I headed out to the gym early – an hour on the treadmill and then squats with help from Eddie. On the way home, I stopped at Kroger, then put away the groceries and walked the dog. I worked a bit more, then took care of things around the house. I watched a movie in the late afternoon; Chloe came home, then Camille. In the evening, Rob and Chloe went to the cross country banquet and I went to the Fire Station to sort canned goods.
