As a base for our Ring of Kerry explorations, we chose Kenmare after a number of people had recommend it. We found a nice room online, but ended up being upgraded to a full apartment – what luxury! The town was compact, but included nice shops and a stone ring. We found our way around quickly and had plenty of options for groceries and food. It was a lovely place to stay, and I’d love to return!
