After spending April camping in Evie along the Gulf Coast, going to my sister’s wedding in the Bahamas, and attending Kindiefest in NYC, it would have been nice to spend May at home. But, our tradition is to go to LEAF, and go to LEAF (music, arts and camping just outside Asheville, NC) we did. The first night was lovely. Camille and Chloe loved their freedom to explore on Saturday. But Sunday, we woke up to a rainy, rainy morning that only promised to get worse. Since we have NOWHERE to hang a wet tent, we decided to pack it up and head home early 🙁 (At home, we actually draped the tent over Evie in our parking deck. Necessity is the mother of invention.)
