The wind blew and blew during the night. What little sleep I had was not restful. In the morning we refreshed ourselves with some hot TANG, heated on the JetBoil. Before heading back to the Kids’ Village, we all found our winter coats to wear — so cold still!
The girls and I spent the day in the kids’ area, listening to many of the same bands we had heard on Friday and Saturday. Rob tried his hand at the unicycle. Chloe tested out the hulahoops and even got Rob to buy one for her. Once she had her hulahoop, she decided she might be able to raise a little money by showing off her new skill on the kids’ talent stage. Camille had been working on writing a song, and also got up the nerve to get on the stage to sing it.
Finally around 4pm, we decided it would be best to work on packing up and head home. Packing wasn’t too complicated, and we made fairly good time on the trip home.
