And, so the mission continues. We haven’t moved along as fast as I had hoped we would, but we are moving forward.

We all feel great about the downsizing. It is wonderful to feel the stuff moving out of the rooms. The girls are busy picking out new linens for their room so we can then pick out a paint color — we’ll probably only paint one room before we move in.

Camille and Chloe’s rooms have been radically downsized. The guest room is cleaned out. The master bedroom, bedroom closet, the living room and dining room have all been sorted.

The garage is now *full* of piles of books, toys, linens, and CDs, all ready for a moving sale.

We’ve been listing the bigger items on a blog, begging our friends to have a look. We’ve set aside certain items for people whom we think will like them.

Unfortunately, the bigger items, like the guest room bed, Camille’s bed and the dining room set are not selling, and I don’t know what the next step will be. Perhaps Craigslist.

I’m looking for a good place to take the piles of “kindie” CDs.
