The kids like them. The process is a tradition here — eggs dyed from the vegetable and spice aisles. No PAAS here. We use red cabbage, beets, spinach, turmeric onion skins, blueberries and more. Unfortunately, this year we waited until the last minute, and I was caught up in other things. The girls took over. some things worked; others didn’t. In the end, they had fun coloring the eggs, continuing our tradition. The end result wasn’t so important. I need to remember that. A perfect end result is not the point. (It is the journey NOT the destination!)
