If you have tuned in to the Absolutely Mindy show on Sirius/XM Kids Place Live recently, you are likely to be quite familiar with the birthday missions that are loved by all her fans. She comes up with some doozies, sure to make your whole family laugh and remember the birthday for years to come.
Chloe wasn’t in touch with Mindy over her birthday this past summer due to time differences (we were in Turkey — we did manage to tune into to Robbie’s show from Ankara once, though!), but we made up missions for her, like jumping in the pool with her clothes on and singing”Happy Birthday” to herself in the street (I’m sure those Turks were impressed by the crazy Americans!).
As today was my mom’s birthday, we made sure to let Mindy know and to find out what “Grandma’s” birthday missions were. …
- Wear someone else’s clothes and do ten jumping jacks in the front of the house
- Play three rounds of staring fish face with a family member
- Put glue on your face and peel it off
Well, my mom did all three and then we were all rewarded with birthday cake!
