If you could have any job…
Most days, I’m fairly happy with job. I like my co-workers, I get paid a very decent salary, I enjoy the flexibility and freedom that comes with “working from home”. I like to think that I’m reasonably good at what I do. But is it my dream job? Probably not. What job could lure me away from my current one?
I’d love to have a job that pays what my current one does and is as flexible. These days, I’ve been enjoying taking trips with the girls and taking photos and writing about them. If I could figure out how to be a travel photojournalist and have the security and benefits of my current job and the girls were able to travel with me “on assignment”, I would love that.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the journalism and photography skills necessary. And I certainly doubt there are any such jobs that would offer the same pay as my current one.
So I’ll happily continue with my job and travel when and where possible as my hobby!
