The other day, I received this comment on my blog post about DOcplex:

I almost fell on the floor laughing.
While I spend a lot of my time every day diagnosing exactly this type of problem, I am supporting the customers of the DOcplex “rival”, Gurobi. I still respect my former coworkers at IBM, but given that IBM laid me off? I’m not planning to support CPLEX customers as well ….
