As I mentioned in create: an update on 2016, I took a bit of a break from photography after spring break.
When the girls went back-to-school, I picked up my camera once again. While my photos have been better these past two weeks than over the past couple of months, I’m struggling to find things to photograph and to take good pictures. Being trapped inside (between work, exercise, kids, and the heat, I’m not getting out much other than to run errands and go to appointments) has made it difficult. Maybe within a month or two the temperatures will drop below 90 and I can get outside once again. I miss my mountain: the hiking and the photography and just being out there.
