Almost a year has passed since I took my first photography class at Showcase. Finally, I have the chance to take Photo 2. With our travels and other commitments, I was not able to get back in until now, which makes me sad. And so, even though the schedule is complicated, I jumped at the chance to take Photo 2 this month — and hope I can take Photo 3 soon as well… I really do want to take my skills to the next level.
This past week’s homework included two parts – stop-motion and light metering. Try as I might, I was unable to get good, contrasting light metering photos. All of the photos came out the same, so not interesting (except that they were of the Wonder Wheel, which is never boring).
My blur vs. stop motion ones? Those were kind of cool 🙂 And the fact that NYC was my homework backdrop? Good choice.
