December is the “Health/Self-Care” month in my Happiness Project. In 2013, 2014, and 2015, I did things like go to the doctor for the first time in years, put together medical histories (doctors, dentists, prescriptions, immunizations, surgeries, etc.) for me and the girls.
In the future, I hope to add some more health and self-care items like meditating, going on a retreat, and scheduling a massage. At the moment though, the most important thing for my health is exercise and diet, which are focused on in other months.
