A few weeks ago I stopped by the knitting store for my first official lesson. After a lot of mistakes, some help from Camille, and a wonky way to finish the top, my first project, my first hat is now complete!
I went back to Needle Nook this week and decided that I want to make another hat, not that I have a better feel for what I’m doing. New yarn, new needles – smaller ones for the brim this time. I cast on my 88 stitches, but they are WAY too tight, and I’m going to have to start over.
