April is the “Cooking and Creations” month in my Happiness Project. In 2014 and 2015, the topic was focused on cooking. This year, I added creations to the list, since 2016 is “Create”.
I have spent the past couple of years working to organize my online recipes – ones I like I print out and put in a binder – and my cookbooks. I’ve gotten rid of a few and bought a few. I’ve slowly replaced our pots, pans, and knives. I’ve started to use my stand mixer.
This topic is evolving, with no yearly cycle like some of the others. In April, I simply reassess my filing system for filing my recipes.
