Empower and Energy, Project 44 and the monthly projects in my Happiness Project … so many projects! In reality, they are all facets of the same project, guiding me to finish or give up old projects and move forward on the ones that are most important to me.
June’s main theme was Blogs. Each year in June I check on old blogs and accounts and delete what is no longer relevant. I check on email addresses and other accounts as well.
July:
July’s main theme is “Career”. For a while now, I’ve been meaning to work on my resume/CV, LinkedIn, about.me and other similar things. While I won’t work on them all this month, I have plans to work on them. I hope to run through the videos for the Coursera class Enhance Your Career and Employability Skills. I also want to consider what topics to study in the upcoming year to improve my future prospects.
Other smaller projects I want to work on include sorting out my nicer clothes (I don’t have many) and working on organizing my paper files.
As usual, whatever doesn’t get done gets cycled back into the plan at a later date. I’ve crossed off a number of ongoing projects in the past month, and I look forward to getting more things organized and done as well as progressing in the longer-term projects.
