Where does the time go? Why are there some days where I feel I’ve accomplished a million things (or at least moved forward on a couple very important ones) and other days where I feel I’ve gotten nothing done? I’ve worked on protecting my time, but things always sneak in and I’m left feeling rushed and overwhelmed.

I’ve been working on improving my energy levels and that has certainly helped. I’m trying to get adequate sleep.

With my Thrive class, I’ve been focusing on a few goals. Not my huge list of ideas that are part of my Happiness Project, but something more along the lines of Project43++ aka Project44.

While there is drudgery that I can’t drop, I need to be sure that I focus on the important goals, each day making sure I’ve done something to move forward on them.

I’ve decided to do a little trial run with Toggl to see where my time is spent. Do I get lost on social media for no good reason? Do I give myself adequate *real* downtime? Or will I end up spending even more time keeping up my Toggl status?
