This past week, the girls and I made a *very* fast roadtrip up to the DC suburbs; the entire trip was under 60 hours, with at least 25 of those being spent in the car. The motivation? To attend the One Voice Rocks! concert in Gaithersburg.

What made the trip even more special was that friends of ours, whom Chloe met at another concert, invited us to return to stay with them on their organic farm, House in the Woods!

It was a very short stay, but, in the morning, the girls followed the boys around on their chores. Camille tried her hand at milking the goat. Chloe carried the egg basket and searched for eggs. Both girls walked through the fields, picking lots and lots of cherry tomatoes. We marveled at the garlic and the flowers and all the heirloom tomatoes.

Once the morning chores were done, we went in and had breakfast, including omelets made form the fresh eggs and veggies as well as yogurt made from farm-fresh goat’s milk! Yum!

This is an entry for Delicious Baby’s Photo Friday.
