From The Cloisters, we headed back down and walked across the park to The MET. By that time, we were hungry, and the spots in the park had terrible vegetarian choices. We chose to eat at the museum cafeteria instead – not very good and incredibly expensive. I need to do a better job of planning!
After lunch, Camille and I went our separate ways. I found my way to the roof. After years of wanting to get up there, I was underwhelmed. Instead, I enjoyed wandering from room to room and then sitting in one place and people watching. I wish I lived where I could go to such an amazing museum every day!!
