Today is National Croissant Day.
I was up early to take care of things, walk Phelix, and clean up. When the others got up, we headed out to breakfast at Bagel Palace and then went for a short hike at Morningside Nature Preserve. When we got home, I ran out to the store, then made hummus, scalloped potatoes, and started making pretzels. Rob went to Decatur Makers and Chloe went to the movies.
