Today is Benjamin Franklin’s Birthday and Kid Inventors’ Day and Hot-Buttered Rum Day.
Camille and I had a slow start, relaxing and getting some work done. I ran out to the corner to pick up some bagels for breakfast. The VRBO person came around noon, and we headed out to Coney Island for some fresh air. We then made our way out to JFK, where we had a late lunch before boarding the plane to head home. It took us an hour from wheels down to walking in the door. Rob and Chloe had gotten home earlier and had picked up the puppy.
