Very disappointed that our Skellings Island trip was canceled due to rough weather, we unloaded the car and went back into the apartment in Kenmare. We had the hotel breakfast again, then hit the road. We decided to take the scenic route and the Shannon Ferry. Despite the wind and rough water, the Cliffs were thankfully not closed as they had been on our trip down on Friday. The girls had been once before, but neither really remembered, so we had a good time and also had lunch in the cafe there.
