The ferry to Liberty Island also includes a stop at Ellis Island. At one point, both of my girls were interested in immigration, but not so much any more. I think we all used all of our enthusiasm up at Liberty Island. We enjoyed seeing Ellis Island, but we didn’t spend much time there. Camille and Rob did a bit of the self-guided tour, while I stayed with a floppy Chloe (reminded me of our time at the Acropolis Museum in Athens!)
I have to admit, I am not a museum person. As much as I want to be, it just is not what I enjoy doing….
