Today is Oatmeal Nut Waffles Day. No rain this morning, so Phelix and I hopped in the car early and went for a quick hike at Arabia. Thankfully, I checked traffic before heading home and managed to avoid the stopped traffic on the highway. Made scalloped potatoes and kale (farm food) chips for dinner. One
