Slowly, slowly, I have been working to outift and decorate our condo. Alas, even as I “finish” each room, I see things that I want to change. But I’m limiting myself to a room every couple of months in order to not overwhelm myself nor our budget. Overall, I’m quite happy with how far it has come since we moved in 1.5 years ago (or, well, 3 years ago if you discount our move down the hall to an identical unit).
I am working to vary the art on the walls and to try to incorporate some of my photos. I’ve used prints in frames, canvas prints, B&W canvas prints (I still love these in the dining room), metal prints and more. For the bedroom, my “theme” has focused on our trip to Japan, to feature “relaxation” and “serenity”.
I really wanted to add some “wood” prints, but my usual sources wither couldn’t provide or were extremely expensive. So I googled. And not only came up with a company with good reviews but with a discount. Fingers crossed. The design process was slightly cumbersome, but once I got the hang of it, it wasn’t a problem.
I received my prints just a couple days later, and I was delighted!
