Camille’s first year of school is almost at a close. While she has faced challenges in moving from homeschooling to public schooling, she’s managed to find her way and learn. Not only has she been successful in her classes, she’s been able to thrive!
Last night, she was invited to the SGA Awards Ceremony, where she was awarded the very first award of the evening … the 9th grade “Literature and Composition” award. She definitely doesn’t get it from me, one who struggles with writing, but ever since she learned to read, she’s been an ace at comprehension and analysis. (I can’t believe I once worried that she wasn’t able to read.)
