Happiness Project: Weekly Practice: Item 4

I thought I had Item 3 from 22 Things Happy People Do Differently in the bag. It’s what I preach. And though I often practice it, when I get too stressed, I feel defeated by every “challenge”. I think I need to review these items each and every day to remind myself!

This week, the challenge is to:

4. Express gratitude for what they already have.

I am thankful. I am so thankful for everything that I do have. This one isn’t even something I need to consider.
