I say this to Chloe all the time. Unfortunately, I have not been great at following this advice for myself lately. When I’m so overwhelmed, every problem just adds more to my stress levels. My phone died today, and I’m going to try to turn the trip to the Apple Store into an adventure instead of something else that I have to add to my yet again expending to-o list.
