Summer vacation is almost upon us, and we’re getting all geared up. With only 67 days of summer break, and Camille and Chloe both heading to school on August first, I hope that we can make the most out of our long summer days. I don’t want the summer to slip away with us only taking care of the drudgery and not doing a few fun, adventurous things as well. Ever since last summer when I saw this cool summer passport idea, I’ve been hoping to do something similar with the girls this year.
I’ve taken some ideas and activities our 2013 List and from our 101 Things List and added a few new ideas to start to create a list of fun summer activities. I would be surprised if we managed to do all these and the list will morph and grow as we progress through the summer.
The girls and I will work on adding new ideas to the list and maybe creating a “stamp” over the next two weeks as we count down the days until summer.
