After a slow morning of breakfast, picking up, reading and playing video games, we headed out to catch the bus for the big children’s playground at Golden Gate Park. Both girls ran around the playground for a long time, then we walked over to the museums. Chloe and I went to the California Academy of Sciences, and Phil, Barbara and Camille went to the deYoung to see the Girl with the Pearl Earring exhibit. Chloe loved the museum, with earthquakes, rainforest, aquarium and even a baby penguin. We then caught the bus back to Suze’s and then showered and packed up. When Suze got home, she drove us downtown to Rob’s hotel. Rob, the girls and I headed out to local Italian place for pasta and pizza for dinner. Back at the hotel, we could see a sliver of the Bay Lights from our room!
