After a quiet morning of breakfast and picking up, we headed out to the playground. It was a chillier day, but the sky was still quite clear and blue. From the playground, we walked up and up and up and then down to the Lands’ End Lookout and then along the beach. There were so many dogs playing on the beach; we were sure that Phelix would have loved to be playing down there with all of them! When we got to Golden Gate Park, we stopped for a large lunch at the Park Chalet.
After lunch, we continued our stroll through the park, past the bison and then over to Spreckles Lake where we watched the turtles, birds, remote control sailboats and the crazy people. Chloe and I stopped at the playground, then headed back to Suze’s for a nap. In the evening, Barbara and Chloe went back to the park to watch Susannah play kickball. Camille and I went to the store to pick up food for dinner, snacks and breakfast.
