Unfortunately, I learned today that Whole Living will no longer be published. Over the years, I’ve found myself buying the magazine off the shelf until I finally subscribed last year. The replacement, Family Circle, is no real replacement. The closest substitute for me would be Real Simple, but still not a good one. Ironically, we started the Whole Living 2013 challenge yesterday — and this lentil salad was our lunch.
