For the past few years, it has been our custom to headed down to Blue Ridge on the Saturday following Thanksgiving. And over the years it has grown and grown in size.
My mom plays in the “Tuba Christmas” then we watch the Christmas parade and then we wander around. This year, there was even a petting zoo; we could not get Chloe away from the goats … she adored them!
Thankfully, the main street was closed to cars for much of the route. The sidewalks would not have been large enough to hold all the people shopping … how times have changed!
