After arriving at our least favorite gate at JFK (seriously), Gooney Bird found a great seat on the AirTrain:
A long trip on the A train brought us to Downtown Brooklyn and a very short line at tckts where we got tickets for Phantom of the Opera:
After dropping our backpacks at the hotel, we took Gooney Bird to Dylan’s Candy Bar where he went into sugar shock:
Then it was time for pizza at Famous Ray’s in Times Square:
A quick stroll through the lights on Times Square:
And, finally, a Broadway play:
