I know. You’re not supposed to write a blog post about why you haven’t been blogging. But I haven’t been blogging much, and it has been strange for me to be this quiet for this long.
I suppose the three trips in fairly quick succession along with starting up homeschooling has taken its toll on my time. I’ve got a million ideas floating around in my head, but no real downtime to flesh them out.
Rob is out of town; Chloe had a major meltdown last night over earrings that I just couldn’t shake her out of, no matter what I did. The girls are planning to attend Dragon*Con all weekend while I volunteer at the book festival.
I’ve got other, non-blog ideas taking up lots and lot of space in my brain, making it so I don’t sleep well at night as I toss and turn over them.
Hopefully some of these ideas and plans will start to take shape before out next roadtrip adventure. I’m just kind of a mess at the moment. And this blog is my very last priority.
Looking forward to reading all your stories when you have time to get them written. I completely understand the ideas that take up space in the brain. The brain only has so much room and the rest just can’t be contained.
