My mom and dad (Barbara and Phil) came out to Georgia from Texas (despite my mom getting back from Germany this week) for Chloe’s ninth birthday party! Grandma went with Chloe to get her cake (an ice cream one — unfortunately my favorite). This morning they got to hang out for a few moments before my folks headed up to Blue Ridge, and Chloe had to buckle down to her homeschooling for the day.
