Heading down off the chart this week is “Hula Hoop Soup” from Secret Agent 23 Skidoo‘s new CD Underground Playground. We’ve been hooked on Skidoo for at least three years now. While I was not a fan of hip hop in the past, Skidoo’s “Kid Hop” is really amazing. Verse mixed with melodic choruses and all sorts of backing instruments really make his songs a joy to listen to; his songs have positive messages for kids of all ages. We’ve been fortunate to have seen him and various configurations of his band almost a dozen times now, in places like Texas, North Carolina, Massachusetts and New York, and he puts on a great show!
