Today’s Highlights: Limping into town with Evie. Getting a rental car. Using redbox for the first time. Staying in a Kamping Kabin.

We woke up early, worked on packing up and started to call car places. The “foreign auto” place was closed for the weekend, but eventually, Rob got ahold of a car repair place. We headed out, crossing our fingers that Evie would make it the ten miles into town. Though the noise came and went, she did make it. We borrowed the courtesy car form the car place and went into town. We found a great bagel place with great wifi, and I managed to attend the last few minutes of my meeting. The guy from the car place called and said the belt is shredding because of some other problem which needs a part, and overnight means the part will be in on Monday.

We booked a rental car, called my friend who has a house in Red Lodge, MT, to see if we could move things around, and tried some other ideas. We drove out to the airport and picked up the rental car then went to the KOA to move into our Kamping Kabin. Rob changed and managed to go on his Snake River rafting trip. The girls and I went into town to buy socks, rent a Redbox DVD, and get some pizza. We holed up in our Kabin and watched a movie on the computer. When Rob returned, he watched the second movie with us, then we went to bed early.
