Chloe and I spent the morning buying food and getting ready to get ready. We picked up around the house, ran to the store and organized.
Rob and Camille got home and we all got to work. Everyone pitching in and running down the packing list in order, we had everything pulled together quickly. I looked at the pile and felt that there was NO way that it was ALL going to fit in the van. Amazingly it did. With room to spare. We decided to add in the tripod, telescope and ukelele! Rob tried to sneak in his tree climbing gear, but I vetoed that quickly.
We still have lots of room in the car, but I’m sure we’ll fill it quickly with food and that random expansion of stuff that just seems to happen on a trip.
Now that there is no time to take care of one more thing before we go, I think I can start to relax a bit!!
