Today was a working day for everyone. The girls had a “feast” of whole wheat waffles with flax for breakfast first. Since Chloe got her homeschooling done very quickly, she and Phil took a trip down to the river while Rob, Camille and I kept working. In the afternoon, The girls and I went shopping for trip food and last minute things form Target. We worked on charing electronics and doing laundry, then Camille made dinner. The girls absorbed some last minute tv. I worked on a little bit of planning for the next few days. We’ve decided to take the US Highways from here to Carlsbad instead of I-10. I hope that wll turn out to be a reasonable choice.
Not an exciting trip day, but a productive one!
