Thursdays are never easy around here. There’s the early conference call that coincides with the time when we need to leave the house for Chloe to get to fencing. There’s the four and a half hours of being at the Boys and Girls club; while I *can* work from there (offline tasks only, unfortunately), it isn’t a comfortable place to be. Today I added in a immunization booster for myself (finally!) and a recycling run. Then there’s the weekly library and lunch. Today we added in the park since the weather was so gorgeous. And then gymnastics, where there is wi-fi, but I’m sitting on the hard concrete floor again …. After a quick stop at the post office, we were finally back home and unpacking all the day’s crap from the car. Books, homeschooling, lunch debris, clothes, mail, etc, etc, etc.
Once unpacked, it was time to pack. Packing isn’t so bad around here, except that we aren’t really sure what we are packing for and what we will need for our weekend away. I’m crossing my fingers that we have what we need, but if there’s anything we forgot, we’ll hit Target, I’m sure…. I’m nervous, excited, tired, hope I can sleep tonight!
