Once again, I couldn’t get the girls to a museum. It was pool, beach and (ugh) tv all day. Thankfully, mostly it was beach and pool. I even got to read half of my book while at the pool! I never want to leave. Days of work them beach and pool are my heart’s desire. As I wrote earlier, the beach today was almost magical as we saw the mermaids (manatees) swim past Camille. I’d choose to never leave.
However, as I mentioned on Facebook, You can take the girl out of EconoLodge, but you can’t take the EconoLodge out of the girl …. My girls are sitting on the floor of their ocean view Ritz room, eating Ritz and cheddar with a side of bananas bought at the CVS next door off of a Vera Wang Wedgewood plate.
