Reflecting on our recent trip to NYC that seemed to focus on the subway, the CD that jumps to mind is Catch That Train from Dan Zanes and Friends.
Dan is a wonderful family musician who is based in Brooklyn. In fact, we actually got to chat with him for a few minutes while we were in Brooklyn! I always feel like I am in Brooklyn when I listen to a Dan Zanes CD. His other CDs also have tracks with a Brooklyn flavor, including “Wonder Wheel,” which features the famous Coney Island Ferris Wheel.
