All the area kids headed back to school at the beginning of last week. While not jealous that those kids get to sit in classrooms, we homeschoolers do like to have a celebration when we reunite for our new session of classes. Today, after registration (Camille is taking Latin and Chloe is taking swimming), we had a nice picnic at the park across the street. I thought the kids would not have much fun and want to leave early, but then a kind soul pointed out the awesome playground that was on the other side of the ball field — ah ha!
The kids a great time playing with their friends, and I enjoyed catching up with my friends as well.

Yeah, saw you had your camera. You can see that I mostly took photos of my own kids….I’m too shy to take photos of other people, in general.
