The stars aligned, literally. When Disney announced the Disney Music Block Party Tour, I figured we just had to go. With a star ridden lineup of Ralph’s World, Dan Zanes and They Might Be Giants, how could we not go? I decided that the easiest show for us to get to (and perhaps one of the less crowded ones) would be the Columbia, MD, show. To top it off, we then found out that Recess Monkey would be in DC, playing at the XMKids Rumpus Room that very same day!
What a great trip it was! And to top it off, it turns out that Hotwire picked the DMBP hotel for us to stay in, so we ran into Dan Zanes the next morning while he was on his way to breakfast.

It WAS a great time! A fantastic event, if your kid has the stamina….it is a lot to take in!
