The girls and I wanted to rent bikes during our trip to Jekyll Island, but the logistics were a little complicated. Chloe can ride a bike with training wheels and Camille was saying she was worried about riding as she hasn’t done it much lately (and I don’t think I’ve been on a bike for 10 years, really). We drove over to the place that had some surrey bikes and asked about them. They were quite expensive and didn’t seem feasible. I ended up renting a bike with a “Trail-A-Bike” thrid wheel bike on it. Chloe and I rode that and Camille rode her bike. It worked out great! At first Chloe was a little worried about “tipping”, but she was quickly comfortable with it. Camille took five minutes to find her biking balance and was off. We rode the whole north half of the island without a whine! Now I want one of those trail-a-bikes for us to use at home!
I do like the three columns! When I first made the change…it was interesting trying to figure out the html…thank goodness I found a cut and paste spot! I read “Snow Flower…” for one of my book clubs…really liked it. I need to go check out your other blogs!
