Walking is an Act of Socialization, Not Exercise
Each day day we head out for a walk (often Camille is on her bike and Chloe is always in the baby jogger). I see this as my minimal attempt at getting exercise. However, more often than not, it is more an act of socialization than exercise. Each block or so, we run into someone
