Our new house has a stained glass window in the stairs from the main level to the girls’ level. The window features three bears who need names. We came up with Bjorn, and a friend recommended Urska.
The bear cubs were named Bouba and Frisquette. The mom was named Amandine. It is apparently based on a story by Ernest Thompson Seton. Maybe the original story has other names for the bears.
