I’m impressed. MySpace technical support rescued me from a self-induced problem. While it took them a while to get to it, they did manage to help me sort out the problem. (I’d argue that they should have a way of making sure the problem I created for myself doesn’t exist.)

Now I’m having a minor blogger problem (I can no longer get photos from my phone to automatically post). They actually responded to my request for help….we’ll see if they can fix it.

I just didn’t expect any support from companies whose products I am using for free.

As for products that I pay for, lately the support I’ve gotten has been pretty bad –like the fact we were without a fridge for over two months before Sears admitted there was a problem and gave us a new one.
