Playing Catch Up

The day after a trip is always a crazy one. I think it was Zooglobble who posted that his wife suggested taking an extra day off from work when coming back from a trip, and I’ve always felt that was a good idea. So why do I feel a compulsion to not take any days off, even while I’m on a trip? It’s going to be a late night.

At least when we come back from a trip, the girls are so happy to be home with their toys and things that they stay busy all day long. Chloe had the added bonus of a new swing on the porch!

(PS. She’s out there now at 8:45pm swinging away. Ahhhh…… swinging is so much nicer than whining.)
