happiness project monthly breakdown: exercise (aug)
August is the “Exercise” month in my Happiness Project. In 2014 and 2015, I vowed to do more exercise. And over the years, I started to walk more and hike more. Finally last October, I joined a gym in order to get more weight training.
I keep track daily of how much exercise I get, what I eat, and how I sleep. This motivates me to try to do a little more each day…
In no way am I “in shape”, but I am taking strides to get there. As soon as we get back from our spring break trip, getting in shape will be my #1 priority.
